Our Purpose
The purpose of TSA Tyranny is to expose the invasive Transportation Security Administration screening policies as unconstitutional violations of the 4th Amendment and treasonous breaches of liberty; to educate the American people about these abuses and to advise the public of their rights through relevant news articles, original commentary, videos, and key fact sheets; and to mobilize liberty-loving Americans to defend the constitutional and sacred right to be secure in their persons against the unlawful and indecent measures of the TSA to take full nude body scans and grope the private parts of our citizenry.
The TSA Tyranny moniker states: “Where law ends, Tyranny begins” (John Locke). Those representing the TSA who suspend the Constitutional protections contained in America’s Bill of Rights are tyrants and traitors, and it is the goal of this effort to expose their unlawful activity, to educate Americans as to their rights, and to mobilize opposition to tyranny.

This site is hillarious! You folks are obvlivious that when the TSA began the U.S supreme court Ruled that a TSA checkpoint constitutes an administrative search which does not conflict with the fourth adment right to freedome from unlawful searches and seizure. infact it states that when you submit your property to be screened you give us as TSA Officials permission to search your property or your person however we deem necissary. you practice your 4th amendment right everytime you walk into one of our checkpoints and place your bags on the X-Ray belt. no one forced you to do it, you know what our screening is going to be like so if you want to protest thats your right,God bless and you can ride the bus. And as for the stupidity over the patdowns, i find it interesting that for the past 10 years TSA has been patting people down, yes thats right folks! TSA has been patting people down since the beginning, peole with medal implants and pacemakers have always received a patdown, and against the persons desire to receive such screening in many cases, where was your outrage? where was your protest 10 years ago? If you want to see some Tyranny why dont you go to Isreal, in Isreal you get patted down if your not an Isreali Jewish citizen flying from the airport, that constitues about 50% of the flying public going thru there airport. Beleive me Im a TSA agent and Former Marine, I have gone into houses in Iraq and seen women and children beheaded and blood spilled everywhere in the name of The Government. you folks havent seen Tyranny.
First, I don’t believe you are a former Marine. Second, your interpretation of the 4th ammendment is so scewed to your perception of reality that it scares me. I wouldn’t be surprised of your interpretation of the 2nd ammendment, if you know what that is. I do believe you work with the TSA and right now are suffering from anxiety about job security. Last, this is not Iraq, or Tel Aviv, Isreal, try to remember that.
I too believe you are a current TSA “agent”; obviously you are someone who has NO capacity for critical thought? As far as former military, who knows. I do know, however, that critically thinking is not a military requirement though – just the willingness to follow orders without question.
